In 2004 creative thinking crossed his path. It was love at first sight. At COCD (www.cocd.org –
the Centre for Development of Creative Thinking) he took every single course and joined their
team as independent trainer/facilitator.
In 2009, in co-operation with Flanders District of Creativity, he organized for COCD the 11th
European Conference on Creativity and Innovation in Brussels. Since then he is also the
secretary of the EACI, European Association on Creativity and Innovation (www.eaci.net).
As a ‘professional tree shaker’ and managing partner at Bedenk, Mark now focuses on public
speaking, trainings/workshops and facilitation of creative change processes.
He is also lecturer ‘Entrepreneurship’, ‘Alternative presentation skills’ and ‘Trends & Concept
Management’ at the Karel de Grote University College in Antwerp and Executive Professor

Digital or not, you will only succeed with the right innovation culture.
Everyone is convinced that innovation is necessary. And by now we also know that digital will be the new normal. Disruption is on it’s way. Business models are turned upside down. Customer centricity is hot. And right here it becomes key not to forget our own internal customers, our employees. We can solve most of our innovation challenges from within our organization but we will only be able to succeed is we create the appropriate environment. Changing an organizational culture is though, but still possible by setting the right priorities. These can be derived from what our employees experience as climate. The nice thing to know is here that we can influence this climate and most of all, it is measurable! Welcome to CROMAX, the CReative Organization MAtriX.
